Notice of Change of Ownership

      

A notice of change of ownership must be submitted whenever a vehicle is sold or gifted. The vehicle registration system will be updated with the details of the new owner of the vehicle. Please submit the following:

  • South African Identity Document of the Buyer (person receiving the vehicle)
  • South African Identity Document of the Seller (person  relinquishing the vehicle)
  • Details of the vehicle

Transaction fees are not included in the service fee. Transaction fees are calculated and paid to the authorities. Clients then need to make an additional payment to WeQ4U to cover transaction fees before documents will be released.
